Let’s set ourselves up for success next year! Instead of starting the year with “New Year’s Resolutions” once again, I’m approaching next year completely different. Over the next few weeks, I’m going to take time to reflect and journal about all the things I loved about this year.
Then when the New Year rings in, I’m going to carry over what I loved about this year to the next. Instead of “hoping” I can stick with my New Year’s Resolutions once again or even saying forget setting any goals, I’m starting a new tradition, a new perspective. Will you join me? Leave a comment below, I would love to hear from you!

I will join! This had been a good year and a not so good year.In March my brother died of rare disease progressive supranuclear palsy. Then we found out best friend was diagnose with alzheimer. Then our next door neighbor house was on fire and she died in it! But, I was also blessed to have gone to my first Woman of Faith! And have found Pro 31 on line Bible study and have been blessed by them. So,I have lean that God is in the bad times as well as the good.
I’ll journal. That’s a necessary quality – joy over the past – for me to learn. I tend to negative.
Good morning Linda! I usually struggle with journaling but this Advent, I am really making some progress through that and with prayer. I also see a need for myself to change my perspective on the New Year and setting goals. I am going to add a piece to my journal for reflection on 2013. Will let you know how it goes as I comment on future posts! God bless!
I plan to journal with you ,sounds so interesting. Thanks and God Bless!
I’ve never seen or heard of you before till now. But your story is so full of Gods beauty and power, and it has definitely infiltrated my heart greatly on this morning. I to understand what it is to be close to death; then walk in restoration of life for the fulfillment of His purpose. I am overjoyed for you and so thankful to God that He would choose another Kingdom Soldier that has the heart to fight this good fight of Faith for Him. Since the Lord has lead me to your sight I will keep you and your endeavors to spread the Gospel of Christ in my prayers. And I pray that we (REFRESHED WOMEN/REFRESHED WOMEN GLOBAL) have the opportunity to connect one day and really celebrate in the Lord! Thanks for sharing your testimony with the world, May God bless, keep and surround you with His strength forever more AMEN!

I read your blog the other day and really had to stop and think about this. Could I really have a new attitude of being thankful for 2013 events in my life? Yes, I will join you in remembering the good things of 2013 and building on them for 2014. One thing I really am happy to remember is that in 2013, I found Proverbs31 Ministries and OBS and you, Linda Kuhar. 🙂 Thank you for all you do. 🙂
