I sense a common theme here, but I would definitely say healthy eating and exercise as well!
Positive accountability is such a great thing to assist in fitness goals. I need it for life (literally…my heart and doctor confirm this).

I need help with healthy eating also.
The place I’m most weakest in is my time. Although, I don’t work and my kids are all grown is seems I can’t or don’t find time to write “this” book! I’m hoping in being accountable to someone, this dream can become a reality.
